How do online classes work?

Classes run on Zoom with shared materials and recordings where appropriate. See the checklist PDF to prepare for your first online class.

What are your refund/cancellation rules?

Full refund if cancellation made ≥7 days before first class.
50% refund if cancellation 3–6 days before first class.
No refund if cancellation <3 days before first class.
Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
Rescheduling allowed up to 24 hours in advance without penalty; missed classes without prior notice cannot be rescheduled.
Private sessions: reschedulable once per week if notified in advance.
Exceptions for illness/emergencies at Parlez! discretion.
